New data released by the National Association of Realtors ranks San Diego as the 6th hottest market for single-family homes in the country. Experts predict that February could set new records for highest listing prices and shortest time on the market since the 2008 recession.
Additionally, home prices have risen 6% over the last year, with the median San Diego home price at $559,500. According to the N.A.R’s chief economist Jonathan Smoke, “The spring buying season is off to a booming start!”
